In*Situ's William Helm is serving as the project architect for the Artspace El Paso Lofts project that will be located in downtown El Paso. We recently completed the schematic redesign of the project for Artspace and the El Paso Community Foundation. We will be working on construction documents later this year so that construction can begin in early 2015.
This project will be sited at the location of the old El Paso Saddleblanket building at 601 N. Oregon Street in downtown El Paso. The project will provide 51 affordable 1 and 2 bedroom live/work lofts for artists. The housing will be provided on floors 2-4 with mixed use commercial spaces activating the streetfront along Oregon Street.
Check out the link below for more information on Artspace Live/Work spaces for artists.
* ASA Architects is the Architect of Record for this project. William Helm is serving as project architect for this project under contract with ASA.
